yavorcik@gmail.com · Privacy Policy

Request first. Pay after approval.Submitting the free request form does not confirm a rental or authorize a charge. This agreement applies to a paid rental together with your individually approved written confirmation.

14-day packages

Approved local delivery and pickup included. Applicable sales tax is additional.

1. Your reservation

This agreement is between L8FORCOURT LLC, operating as Valley Tote (“we” or “us”), and the customer identified in the written reservation confirmation (“you”). Your confirmation forms part of this agreement and identifies the package, delivery and pickup dates and windows, both addresses, and total charges. Each package includes 14 days, labels, and one delivery and one pickup at approved local addresses with a safe ground-level handoff. Applicable taxes and separately agreed charges are disclosed before payment. Package sizes are guides, not a guarantee your whole home will fit. A free request does not reserve inventory or create an obligation to pay. Your booking is confirmed when we approve equipment, dates and addresses in writing and receive payment. An accidental or unapproved payment does not guarantee delivery; we will offer an acceptable booking or refund it. Planned pilot deliveries begin December 7, 2026, subject to equipment and operating readiness.

2. Payment

The approved rental total is due when you confirm your booking. No security deposit is required for the pilot. Stripe processes payment. Paying for a rental does not authorize automatic charges for extensions, damage, missing equipment or other later charges. We separately disclose and request payment for amounts owed under this agreement.

3. Rental period and extensions

Your confirmation states delivery and pickup dates, normally 14 calendar days apart. If we deliver late, we adjust pickup to preserve your rental period unless you agree otherwise. No additional rent is due for our pickup delay when equipment was ready and accessible during the agreed window. Extensions require written approval and available inventory. Each additional seven days costs $40 for 20 totes, $55 for 35 totes, or $75 for 50 totes, plus applicable tax. Request extensions at least 48 hours ahead when possible. If you fail to make equipment available, additional rent accrues daily at one-seventh of the package’s weekly extension rate, rounded to the nearest cent. It stops when we recover the equipment or you make it available and notify us, whichever occurs first. We coordinate a reasonable collection window. Rent does not continue after we receive agreed replacement payment for equipment treated as lost, and we do not recover the same loss twice.

4. Delivery and pickup

Both addresses require individual approval. We initially consider Salem, Canfield, Columbiana, Boardman and Austintown; city names do not guarantee coverage. Delivery and pickup require reasonable vehicle access and a safe ground-level location. Packing, stair carries, moving labor, and transportation of belongings are not included. You or your mover transport your belongings. Have permission to use both addresses, provide accurate access instructions, and have an adult available unless we approve an unattended handoff in writing. We may postpone unsafe stops because of weather, blocked access, animals or other hazards and will arrange another time. Address changes require approval. Additional charges must be disclosed and agreed before the change. No undisclosed redelivery or pickup fee will be imposed.

5. Equipment condition and cleaning

Before each rental, we inspect equipment, remove debris, wash it, apply a surface-suitable disinfectant according to its label directions and required contact time, and allow it to dry fully before delivery. Disinfected does not mean sterile. We do not guarantee the absence of every microorganism or allergen. Inspect equipment on delivery and promptly report missing, damaged, wet or visibly unclean items. Photographs help. We will arrange a reasonable correction, replacement or appropriate refund. Failure to notice a hidden defect on delivery does not waive your rights.

6. Permitted use and safe handling

Use equipment for ordinary household or office moving and packing. Follow supplied load and stacking instructions and keep loads manageable. Do not stand, sit or ride on equipment, or allow children to play in it. Use dollies on suitable level surfaces and secure equipment and contents during transport. Do not place hazardous chemicals, fuel, explosives, hot materials, medical or biological waste, illegal items, or pest-infested belongings in equipment. Do not place unpackaged food directly against tote interiors. Protect equipment from moisture, excessive heat, prolonged sunlight, theft and avoidable damage. Use only supplied or approved labels; do not paint, drill, modify or apply permanent adhesives. Totes are not represented as watertight or suitable for hazardous materials. You are responsible for packing, cushioning and protecting belongings. Do not subrent, sell, pledge or transfer equipment to another renter without written approval. Equipment remains our property.

7. Returning equipment

Empty totes, remove belongings, rubbish and removable packing labels, wipe spills, and gather totes and dollies at the approved location. Routine washing and disinfecting are included; you need not disinfect equipment yourself. Tell us before pickup about chemical exposure, pests, bodily fluids or other special handling conditions. For prohibited contamination attributable to your use, you owe only reasonable, documented additional cleaning or disposal costs. We provide an explanation and supporting information before requesting payment. We do not charge both cleaning and replacement for the same loss. We will contact you about belongings left behind, allow a reasonable collection opportunity, and handle unclaimed property under applicable law.

8. Loss and damage

Ordinary wear is included. You are responsible for equipment lost, stolen or damaged beyond ordinary wear in your custody, except to the extent caused by an existing defect, our conduct, or circumstances for which applicable law places responsibility on us. Repair charges do not exceed reasonable repair cost. Missing or unusable equipment charges do not exceed the reasonable cost of a comparable replacement, accounting for age and condition. No punitive replacement charges apply. We provide an itemized explanation, photographs when available, and reasonable supporting costs. You may dispute charges by contacting us. Undisputed amounts are due within 14 days after the itemized request. If equipment charged as lost is returned, we reasonably adjust charges for its condition and actual loss already incurred.

9. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel before delivery for a full refund of your rental payment. Contact us as soon as plans change. Rescheduling depends on availability; if we cannot accommodate new dates before delivery, you may cancel for a full refund. After delivery, you may request early pickup. Early return ordinarily does not reduce the rental price, except where required by law or resulting from our failure to provide agreed equipment or service. If we cannot fulfill your booking, accept a mutually agreed alternative or receive a full refund for the undelivered rental. We initiate refunds within five business days after cancellation is confirmed. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears.

10. Problems, responsibility and consumer rights

Stop using equipment you believe unsafe and contact us promptly. We do not provide moving labor or insurance for your belongings. Each party remains responsible for loss or injury to the extent caused by that party’s negligence, misconduct or breach. Nothing releases Valley Tote from its own negligence or misconduct, excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits a protected remedy or consumer right.

11. Communications and privacy

We may contact you about your reservation, delivery, pickup, payment or equipment using your supplied contact details. This does not authorize unrelated marketing. Our Privacy Policy governs handling of personal information. Do not send card details by email; use secure checkout.

12. Agreement and changes

You must be at least 18 and authorized to contract. Business renters confirm authority to bind their business. This agreement and your written confirmation contain the rental terms. Changes require written agreement, including email. Later website changes do not change existing bookings without consent. Applicable law determines rights and the proper court. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of small-claims access is required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective to the extent permitted by law. Affirmative acceptance at checkout or a signature acknowledges receipt and agreement to this version and your written rental confirmation.
