Privacy notice

Effective November 5, 2026. Valley Tote is a moving tote rental pilot operated by L8forcourt LLC in Salem, Ohio.

What we collect

When you request dates, we collect your name, email, phone, package choice, requested dates, both move addresses and any notes you provide. Do not include payment details, identification numbers or sensitive personal information in the notes.

Agent inquiries and referrals

Agents may submit their professional contact details, brokerage, gift or referral interest, move cities, optional dates and a client first name or reference. We contact the agent first. No client email, phone or street address is requested on the agent inquiry form. Agents should have permission for any client information they share. A customer may optionally identify the agent or brokerage that referred them; this is retained with the request for follow-up and referral tracking.

How we use it

We use your request to assess delivery eligibility and equipment needs, respond, manage cancellations or changes, and maintain business records. Submission authorizes contact about this request, not unrelated marketing.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored in the site’s hosted database. OpenAI Sites and its hosting providers process website data, including ordinary network information needed to operate the service. We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions. Authorized operators can view requests through a protected dashboard. If email delivery is enabled, our email provider processes your email address and request summary to send acknowledgments. We do not sell request details.

Future approved payments

When payments are activated, approved customers will use Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe will process payment and billing information under its own privacy notice. We retain the agreed price, tax, agreement acceptance time, checkout reference and verified payment status. We do not store card numbers or Mercury banking credentials on this website.

Cookies and tracking

We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Platform cookies may support necessary functionality and operator sign-in. Customers do not need an account to request dates.

Retention and your choices

We retain request information while reviewing and handling your inquiry and as reasonably needed for business, dispute or legal records. Email us to correct information, withdraw a request, ask about retention, or request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
