Refundable pilot reservation deposit

The offer

After we review your dates and both addresses, we may invite you to place a $25 refundable deposit toward one selected 14-day package: 20 totes and 1 dolly ($129), 35 totes and 2 dollies ($179), or 50 totes and 3 dollies ($229). Package prices exclude applicable tax. Approved local delivery and pickup are included; any additional delivery charge must be disclosed before payment. The checkout and dated deposit receipt must identify the exact deposit total, any applicable tax, selected package, and remaining rental balance. Any tax collected with a refunded deposit is also refunded.

Launch decision: November 23, 2026, at 5 p.m. Eastern

Our planned first deliveries are December 7, 2026. Equipment has not been purchased. Launch depends on sufficient interest, equipment supply, and operating readiness. We will notify deposit holders of our decision by the deadline. If we decide not to launch, do not give you written notice that we are proceeding by the deadline, or cannot accommodate your requested move, we will initiate a full refund without requiring you to ask, within five business days. We will not extend the decision deadline for your deposit without your affirmative written agreement.

You can cancel

Before you separately accept a confirmed rental, request a full deposit refund at any time by emailing yavorcik@gmail.com with your reservation reference. We initiate the refund within five business days. There is no cancellation or processing fee withheld from your refund. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. Refunds go to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed.

If we proceed

We will provide available dates, approved addresses, the final itemized price, applicable tax and rental agreement for your separate approval. With your approval, the $25 deposit is credited toward your rental. No automatic balance charge, conversion to a booking, or nonrefundable commitment occurs. If the proposed arrangement does not work for you, you may receive a full deposit refund. After you accept a confirmed rental, the rental agreement governs cancellation; it currently provides a full refund before delivery.

Handling your deposit

We will keep sufficient funds available to refund all outstanding deposits, cover processing costs ourselves, and maintain a dated record of payments, credits and refunds. We will issue a deposit receipt showing the selected package, price, amount paid, remaining balance, applicable additional charges, decision deadline and these refund terms. A free request receipt is not proof of payment. No equipment is transferred during this demand test. Nothing in these terms waives any consumer rights.

I understand Valley Tote is testing demand before purchasing equipment. My deposit is fully refundable under these terms, does not guarantee dates or create a confirmed rental, and will not authorize an automatic balance charge. I agree to the November 23, 2026, 5 p.m. Eastern decision deadline and the refund terms above.
